About me

I felt called to this work from the first time I sat with a counsellor in 2016. My life had just been seriously rocked, I had a 3 year old and a 9 month old, and I had no idea how I was going to navigate the challenges in front of me.

Not only was that first session the insight I needed to see that I didn’t need to have all the answers myself, I also realised that there was something about this work that I had always naturally done myself.

After 20 years in the corporate world where people naturally confided in me, I finally realised that this was what I was meant to do.

Counselling and coaching have helped me enormously in different ways since then. Navigating the crisis at hand, working through separation, integrating families and family dynamics, dealing with death, children’s grief, and my own healing and personal transformation.

I believe wholeheartedly in our ability to transform our lives - if we choose to - and my role is to create a space where that transformation feels not just possible, but inevitable.

Clients often tell me they appreciate how safe and respected they feel, how my questions encourage deeper reflection, and how empowering it is to realise the capacity they have within themselves to change. This work is deeply personal to me.

I hold a Diploma of Counselling, IECL Certification in Coaching, and am completing the Relational Life Therapy certification (RLT).

Sessions can be either in-person from Mount Eliza, or over Zoom. We can have an initial chat first before booking in a paid session.
